Official Entry Rules for the Featherlily Photography 2017 Wedding Collection Photo Package giveaway:
You must be 18 years or older to enter.
Your wedding must take place in 2017.
Your wedding must take place within 50 miles of Worcester, Massachusetts.
You cannot already have a contract with another wedding photographer. (Contestants should not break standing contracts with other photographers to enter this contest)
Your wedding must be on a day that is available in Featherlily Photography’s 2017 calendar.
You must have a set date when entering this contest.
Couples who have already booked with Featherlily Photography are eligible to enter but if selected as winners, will not receive a refund on their deposit.
Winner will be notified by facebook, and will have 48 hours to respond and accept.
A contract must be signed and returned to Featherlily Photography within 2 weeks of winning.
If the winning couple cannot claim their prize for any reason, they will be disqualified, and a second random winner will be awarded the prize at the discretion of Featherlily Photography.
Only one couple will be awarded the prize.
This wedding giveaway prize cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other item or service.
The giveaway includes 10 hours of wedding coverage, and high resolution digital downloads of all images. It does not include a print release. Any prints , wall art and albums must be purchased through Featherlily Photography at the expense of the prize winners.
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges are the responsibility of the prize winners.
